The Lord of the Rings movies are a dream come true. They are not only the best fantasy movies ever made, but all three are among the best movies ever made. Director Peter Jackson, and his writing partners Fran Walsh and Phillipa Boyens did an amazing job. They made an excellent book (Lord of the Rings was originally one book) even better.
